Summer recipe plans...

A month in Provence

I got the news this week that I'll be spending most of August cheffing in the Provence region of France, and I am SO excited. I'm busy menu planning and coming up with lots of summer dishes to enjoy in the heat as well as raiding my recipe archive for tried and tested gems.

These recipes are on my list so far...

A classic gazpacho or this insanely refreshing cucumber version

Broad bean and dill dip with homemade flatbreads

Whipped feta with honey and roasted tomatoes

Buttered sweetcorn with spiced compund butter

What dishes do you like eating in hot weather? Hit reply and let me know!

What else is on the menu...

April is here... ...and my newsletter is back after a long hiatus with a bumper edition of spring recipes and menu ideas for Easter 2022. I spent the early part of this year training as a chef at Ashburton Chef's Academy in Devon, England and now my food blog is raring to go with new and updated recipes for spring. Main course options, side dishes, canapes and cocktails, I've got you covered. See my spring recipes What's on the menu... Here's some of the popular posts people are reading right...
